Occupational Therapy (OT)
Occupational Therapy helps children improve fine-motor skills, sensory processing, hand strength, coordination, balance and daily functional abilities. At Mayrah Centre for Autism, our OT sessions are structured to help children become independent, confident and capable in everyday tasks such as writing, dressing, feeding and school activities.
Our therapists use sensory integration therapy, motor exercises, balance activities, hand-function strengthening, cognitive tasks and play-based learning to improve the child’s focus, regulation and overall performance. OT is especially beneficial for Autism, ADHD, handwriting issues, sensory sensitivity and children struggling with independence.
